Shipping policy

Next Wave Toys ships all orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

The majority of our orders require a signature upon delivery, regardless of carrier. If a delivery attempt is made while you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for scheduling a redelivery or picking up your package at a local facility. For in-person pickups, a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the shipping label is required to claim your package.
